The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for developing IFC Mechanical design packages with the use of Detail design drawings. Mechanical Engineer provide technical guidance to factory engineers and guides subcontracting staff from initial installation phase to testing and commissioning phase. The Mechanical Engineer works with local and regional teams both within Vertiv.

The Mechanical Engineer supports Infrastructure Solutions business. The Mechanical Engineer interacts with and supports local & Regional engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities

Produce Issued For Construction (IFC) drawing packages

Sustains engineering of current production designs.

Review Mechanical BOQs
-
Provide technical guidance to factory engineers, Mechanical subcontractors, project managers, QAQC, Safety engineers & Vertiv procurement team

Develop testing and commissioning documents
Education

Bachelor’s degree, Mechanical Engineering or related degree
Requirements

Around 5 years of experience in Mechanical construction projects

Around 5 years of experience in Mechanical design works with specific experience on critical cooling solutions for data center projects

Good understanding about cooling & ventilation solutions for Data centre projects
