The role involves designing and developing this special machinery in 3D, as well as preparing all associated technical documentation.

Main responsabilities:

  • Compliance with and application of relevant standards and guidelines (machine safety, pharmaceutical requirements), as well as participation in the standardization and continuous improvement of design standards.
  • Coordination with customers and suppliers: technical communication with the customer, support during acceptances/tests, and coordination with external suppliers for data management and manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification; academic certificate.
  • Experience in the design and construction of special-purpose machinery, ideally in pharmaceutical filling lines or comparable pharmaceutical equipment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with 3D CAD (ideally SolidWorks/DBWorks) including a demonstrable portfolio of CAD models/drawings.
  • Experience with SAP (master data, Bills of Materials, classification, etc.) and with database systems.
  • Familiarity with design workflows, Design Reviews, functional specifications, risk assessments, process flow diagrams, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Hands-on experience with prototypes/testing, assembly support, and customer acceptance activities.
  • Interdisciplinary mindset (mechanical, electrical engineering, automation, and process technology) with a focus on overall customer‑oriented functionality.
