Product Development
- Lead the mechanical design and development of adhesive dispensing systems and subsystems.
- Design and optimize sheet metal components, castings, machined parts, and product assemblies.
- Develop 3D models, engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using SolidWorks & CAD tools.
- Support the complete product development lifecycle, including concept generation, prototyping, validation, and product launch.
- Collaborate closely with Electrical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management teams to ensure robust product solutions.
- Drive continuous product improvements related to performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and customer experience.
Product Integration & Testing
- Coordinate mechanical system integration activities and support prototype assembly.

- Experience with product development in a multinational company environment is advantageous.
- Experience working through all stages of the product development process, from concept to production.
