Join FLS QD engineering team and play a key role as mechanical engineer, in this role you will be major responsible for specified product and support any trouble shooting related but not limited to production and supplier, meanwhile need to work closely with global engineering team to optimize and improve our product
Your responsibilities- Be responsible for manufacturing documents preparation and management, like BOM, Routing, Cutting List, Cutting Drawing, Work Instruction, and etc.
- Play role as main contact/communication channel between FLS QD and FLS other entities regarding technical discussion
- Manage design drawings for FLS QD internally, like drawing release and etc.
- Be responsible for production manufacturing related jig/fixtures, tools, equipment and mold preparation.
- Be responsible for workshop layout design and optimization.
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers including but not limited to a) Technical specification define and clarify; b) 1st article verify – organize and coordinate; c) Production troubleshooting; d) Productivity improve (labor hour reduction, routing and layout optimization, etc.); e) Supplier development and evaluation support ; f) ECN Implement; g) NCR disposition
- As the owner of product cost – figure out product cost and drive cost reduction.
- Comply with HSE procedure
- Education Background: equal or above bachelor
- Major: Mechanical or related major
- Related Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing process engineering in heavy fabrication/machining/assembly industry
- Management Experience: Experience about project management is preferred
- English: equal or above CET4, strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Solidworks,Excel, Power Point and Word, etc.
- Experience in foreign companies is preferred
