- Create 3D CAD models and detailed drawings of components and subassemblies using CREO.
- Prototype, test, and iterate mechanical designs; support mechanical and environmental verification testing and document results.
- Prepare engineering documentation, including drawings, BOMs, ECNs, specifications, and cost estimates for tooling and mechanical components.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers to ensure DFM/DFA, cost‑effectiveness, and production readiness.
- Support production and quality teams in resolving design or process issues on existing products; participate in MRB activities and discrepant material reviews.
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams and vendors; communicate risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist with other related duties as required or assigned.
