Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance for an industrial site: plan maintenance, lead M&E team, manage vendors, procure tools/spares, prepare budgets and reports, and coordinate power outages with utilities.

- Communicate policies and directives from higher management to all team members.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor's degree from Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Have min. 2 years experience in the same field of mechanical and electrical systems within industrial areas.
- Strong understanding of basic principles of heavy current (power) and light current, including high-voltage systems.
- Proficient in control circuits, with the ability to analyze and perform troubleshooting effectively.
- Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems such as air conditioning (HVAC), lighting installations, fire alarm systems, and others.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and circuit drawings.
- General Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Electrical OHS certification is preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Subang, West Java
