Develop and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, and 2D production drawings for off-road seating systems and components. Create engineering documentation, BOMs, specifications, and change records. Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Drafting/Design, or related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two (2) years of mechanical design, CAD drafting, product design, or related internship/co-op experience preferred; seating, vehicle, or off-road equipment experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with CREO or similar parametric solid modeling software, including assemblies, part modeling, surface modeling, and drawing creation.
  • Ability to create and interpret engineering drawings using geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Ability to conceptualize design ideas, develop part and product designs, support engineering analysis, and apply practical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple design tasks and project priorities in a timely manner.

Work Environment:

  • This position is primarily office-based and requires regular interaction with engineering, prototype, manufacturing, and warehouse areas. The noise level is usually moderate; however, the position may enter manufacturing or warehouse portions of the facility where the noise level is louder and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) may be required.
