Manages assigned products throughout their lifecycle from concept and development through launch, production, and discontinuation. Develops product strategies, roadmaps, pricing, and profitability targets; conducts market and competitive analysis; and coordinates cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing. Monitors product performance, customer feedback, costs, and compliance while driving product improvements, business cases, forecasts, and successful product availability.

Supports, administers, enhances, and develops manufacturing ERP systems, primarily Infor XA on IBM i. Responsibilities include RPG and SQL programming, database and integration support, EDI troubleshooting, reporting, process automation, manufacturing workflow support, upgrades, deployments, documentation, and technical user assistance. The role partners with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, engineering, customer service, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve ERP data, performance, and functionality.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes for sewn-cover seating products, including cutting, sewing, upholstery, fixtures, and assembly. Creates manufacturing documentation, leads root-cause analysis and corrective actions, supports new product introductions and plant launches, and drives continuous improvement in quality, throughput, labor efficiency, material utilization, automation, and standard work. Collaborates across engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, and plant teams, with occasional travel to domestic and international facilities.

Manage employee onboarding, HR reporting, labor relations, grievances, training, engagement, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, audits, and corrective actions in a manufacturing environment. Partner with UAW representatives, managers, department heads, vendors, occupational health providers, and insurers to support employee relations, safety culture, and company policies.

Inspect materials and components for blueprint compliance, maintain and audit quality procedures, analyze root causes, recommend corrective actions, track quality issues and statistics, report performance to management, and collaborate with suppliers and Purchasing to resolve material quality problems.

Develop and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, and 2D production drawings for off-road seating systems and components. Create engineering documentation, BOMs, specifications, and change records. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, sales, and project teams to support prototypes, design reviews, testing, manufacturability, and product requirements. Maintain accurate design records and follow stage-gate, engineering change, and quality processes.
