Responsibilities:- Development and further improvement of products in the field of agitator seals in close coordination with Product Management and R&D
- Creation of installation and manufacturing drawings as well as bills of materials
- Independent review and approval of technical documentation
- Technical responsibility for the product line, including application-related consulting and support for Sales and Technical Sales Support
- Execution of technical calculations and evaluation of the results
- Support in the modularization of the product portfolio
- Point of contact for product-specific inquiries from Production and the Test Field
- Participation in the training of design engineers (w/m/d) within the global engineering network
- Management and assignment of design tasks in the SAP system
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field (University of Applied Sciences/Technical University)
- Several years of professional experience in engineering
- Proficient in 3D CAD systems, preferably Solid Edge
- Experience with PLM systems, ideally Teamcenter
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP
- Desirable: Expertise in sealing technology and a solid understanding of physical principles
- Manufacturing knowledge in machining and grinding
- Experience in developing and working with modular product systems
- High level of motivation, initiative, and team spirit
- Excellent German and English skills (minimum B2 level)
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
