Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion mechanischer Komponenten und Baugruppen für TFT-/LED-Displays, Audiokomponenten und Steuergeräte 
  • Kundenspezifische Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produkte 
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung und Koordination mechanischer Teilprojekte von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienfreigabe 
  • Erstellung und Pflege von 3D-Modellen, Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und technischer Produktdokumentation 
  • Durchführung mechanischer und thermischer Auslegungen, Plausibilitätsprüfungen und einfacher Nachweisrechnungen 
  • Durchführung von Design Reviews und D-FMEAs 
  • Pflege technischer Produktdaten, Stücklisten und Änderungsstände im PLM-System Teamcenter 
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktengineering der Hardware-/Softwareentwicklung, Montage, Einkauf und externen Fertigungspartnern im internationalen Kontext 

Dein Profil: 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung 
  • Geübter Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Programmen, idealerweise Autodesk Inventor sowie PLM-Systemen Teamcenter oder ähnlichen Systemen 
  • Erfahrung mit Blechkonstruktion, Gehäusekonstruktion oder mechanischer Integration elektronischer Baugruppen 
  • Verständnis für fertigungsgerechte Konstruktion und Montageprozesse 
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Normen, Toleranzen und technischen Zeichnungen 
  • Erfahrung in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit, idealerweise mit Entwicklungsteams oder Lieferanten in China 
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch 
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise 
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse  
  • Erfahrung im Bahnumfeld sowie Kenntnisse relevanter Bahnstandards wie EN 50155 sind wünschenswert

Skills Required

  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Experience using 3D CAD software
  • Experience with Autodesk Inventor
  • Experience with Teamcenter or comparable PLM systems
  • Experience in sheet-metal design, enclosure design, or mechanical integration of electronic assemblies
  • Understanding of design for manufacturability and assembly processes
  • Knowledge of standards, tolerances, and technical drawings
  • Experience working internationally with development teams or suppliers, ideally in China
  • Very good German and English communication skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Experience in the railway industry
  • Knowledge of relevant railway standards, such as EN 50155
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
