As a Mechanical Design Associate, you will play a key role in helping us deliver the next generation of immersion cooling products. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
You’ll be hands-on with 3D/2D designs, work alongside experienced engineers, and learn how to turn technical ideas into scalable, real-world solutions. • Use SolidWorks to create detailed 3D and 2D mechanical drawings
• Support BOM creation, design libraries, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to support product design and manufacturability
• Create visual materials (e.g., exploded views, renderings) for internal and customer-facing projects
• Participate in team design reviews and incorporate technical feedback
• Assist in scaling our design processes, file structures, and PLM documentation
• Communicate directly with China-based suppliers in Mandarin and Cantonese to clarify technical matters

• 0–3 years of experience in mechanical design (graduates welcome!)
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (required)
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Willing to do hands-on drafting and design work long-term
• Content with a steady, design-focused career path
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment
