The Office Manager oversees daily operations of two facilities, manages vendor relations, supports senior leadership, coordinates events, and ensures workplace readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Manage office and visitor experience across two manufacturing sites, coordinate customer visits and plant tours, support executive travel and logistics, maintain workplace readiness and vendor relationships, and handle event/onboarding logistics and basic facility billing and supplies.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing events, and coordinating marketing activities with minimal oversight.

Support manufacturing quality across incoming, in-process, and final inspection; lead root-cause investigations and CAPA verification; manage document control and calibration tracking; drive continuous improvement, supplier quality tracking, and NPI inspection planning including First Article Inspection.

Own and improve final assembly manufacturing processes for mechanical and electromechanical assemblies. Provide hands-on shop-floor support, develop standard work, routings, work instructions, and visual standards. Apply Lean and continuous improvement (Kaizen, A3, DMAIC, 5S/6S), support PFMEA, control plans, CAPA, ISO quality systems, and drive safety, ergonomics, and scale-up for production and new product introductions.

As an Inside Sales Representative at LiquidStack, you'll drive pipeline growth through prospecting, build customer relationships, and support sales operations while working closely with senior leaders in developing innovative cooling technologies.

The Technical Product Manager drives product strategy and execution for LiquidStack's liquid cooling products, ensuring technical soundness and market relevance. Responsibilities include roadmap development, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance product performance.

Drive product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for liquid cooling solutions. Lead end-to-end lifecycle from PRD to manufacturing and EOL. Conduct market and competitive analysis, engage Tier 1 hyperscalers for VOC, develop value-based pricing and TCO tools, maintain price lists and CPQ logic, monitor revenue and margins, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, finance, sales, and marketing to ensure product delivery and commercial success.
