The MDS Nurse is instrumental in ensuring accurate assessments, regulatory compliance, reimbursement optimization, and outstanding resident outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to utilize both your clinical knowledge and analytical skills in a way that directly supports quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and complete MDS assessments
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor care plans and resident progress

- Current RN license
- MDS experience in skilled nursing preferred
