Mission
As a Solution Consultant in MDM team within Michelin Supply Chain Business Solutions, you will work with a global, dynamic team focused on MDM (Customer) processes You will collaborate closely with Product Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to define scalable, high-performance solutions that drive business value while maintaining standardization and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
• Contribute to defining IT solutions based on business ambitions.
• Provide an optimal balance between standardization, simplification, and necessary customization.
• Create and share design documents with development teams to ensure clear understanding.
• Ensure proposed IT solutions support maintainability, scalability, operability, and performance.
Functional & Technical Analysis
• Gather requirements and perform gap analysis to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure expected business benefits are achieved as defined in the business case.
• Participate in user story creation and refine requirements with stakeholders.
• Consider FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and performance requirements in solution design.
Agile Team Collaboration
• Participate actively in Agile Team routines (Daily standups, refinements, reviews, etc.)
• Work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Support applications at L2/L3
• Participating in Test Strategy definition and execution
• Implement scalable technical solutions aligned with architectural patterns
PRIMARY SKILLS
• Proven experience in business and functional analysis for Oracle MDM -CDM or any other MDM.
• Hands on Oracle fusion Cloud- Customer data Hub ( Or similar )
• Good understanding of TCA (Trading community architecture) ,BI Reports
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Knowledge of API design, REST APIs, and API Manager configurations
• Knowledge of integration architectures: EDI, API, and event-driven architecture (ideally Kafka)
SECONDARY SKILLS
• Knowledge of supply chain processes
• Experience with FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
• Basic knowledge of architectural patterns and design principles
• Basic knowledge of core technologies: Java, git, cloud, SQL
• Understanding of microservices and cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes)
