Join Rotork's growing Master Data Management team and help shape a brand-new function.
As an MDM Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of Customer and Supplier master data across Rotork's global systems. Working closely with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, and an offshore data management partner, you'll help establish best practices, drive data quality improvements, and support the successful adoption of new ways of working.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for our offshore master data maintenance team.
- Manage and coordinate Customer and Supplier master data requests, ensuring compliance with governance standards and service levels.
- Review, triage, and process data requests, providing guidance on the appropriate course of action.
- Support data quality initiatives through validation, cleansing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Investigate and resolve master data issues, working collaboratively with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Train and onboard new master data requesters and approvers.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of MDM processes, standards, and controls.
- Attention to detail.
