Program Summary
The Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program. For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces.
Job Summary
Sponsorship Manager will represent the project on-site working with the Republic of the Philippines Department of Labor and Employment and Department of Immigration maintaining employee compliance and awareness of changing laws and processes while ensuring adequate services are provided to employees in accordance with the established contract/task order. The MCPP-PHIL Sponsorship Manager will report directly to the MCPP Site Manager.
Responsibilities
Organizes, establishes, and maintains a complete and accurate office system of Host Nation records, including employee submitted records, VISA documentation, and current work permit category and daily status for the MCPP-PHIL Task Order by implementing the following:
Identify requirements, coordinate, process, track, and maintain information on personnel assigned to MCPP-PHIL regarding:
New Employee processing
Passports
US Driver’s license
International Driver’s permits
Federal Bureau of Investigation background checks
Common Access Cards
Emergency contact and recall rosters
Apartment room assignments
Corporate Travel Cards
Corporate cellular phone assignments
Work Visas
Travel itineraries, expense reports, and reimbursements
Non-travel reimbursements, pre-employment processing, safety boots, passports
Training requirements and completion
Employee medical and dental physicals
Annual Bonus eligibility and submission
Leased vehicle assignments
Fuel card usage
Employee Exit Packages
Manage and coordinate all travel and oversee expense reports in support of deployments, rest and recuperation, redeployments, and temporary travel in support of the MCPP-PHIL task order.
Manage and coordinate employee work permit (VISA), drivers license, tax ID, and Common Access Card badge processing.
Manage leased apartments and vehicles, to include assignment, duration, condition, servicing, repair, and replacement.
Validate leased vehicle trip tickets, maintain traffic infraction reports, and track employee payment of fines.
Track and report financial requirements for sponsorship activities.
Perform other duties as needed.
Basic Qualifications
BS degree in business or another related field. MBA Preferred.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of college credits, professional certification, formalized training, or education, and directly related work experience may be considered.
Ten years of progressive experience with specialized knowledge of personnel management and logistic support activities including various aspects of cost/schedule controls, performance monitoring, report writing, program planning and customer interface.

U.S. Passport
FBI Background investigation with no criminal, civil, or security violations.
