What You Will Do
As a Market Analyst Intern, during your internship your insights on Market Intelligence & Analysis will help inform strategic decisions made by product, sales, and business development teams across the organization.
You will:- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs across mission critical sectors;- Conduct research on market developments;- Track the adoption of key technologies such as private LTE/5G networks and critical communications standards;- Contribute to the production of market reports, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments;- Work closely with internal teams including product management, sales, and regional market areas to gather inputs, align on priorities, and support the preparation of presentations, business cases, and go-to-market materials;- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that market intelligence is effectively translated into actionable recommendations and that the team's outputs meet the needs of its internal customers.
The Skills You Will Bring
We are looking for a candidate with:- A recent master's academic qualification in Economics, or a related field, with a strong analytical foundation, digital awareness and a genuine curiosity for technology markets;- Solid research and analytical skills, with the ability to structure and present insights in a compelling and concise manner;- Proficiency in core productivity software applications within the Microsoft Office suite tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with market research methodologies or business intelligence platforms;- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as you will be collaborating with international teams across Ericsson's global organization;- An interest in telecommunications, critical infrastructure, or enterprise technology markets.
