TalentBase is connecting veterans with the nationally recognized Multi Craft Core Curriculum, also known as the MC3 Apprenticeship Readiness Program.
This full time, 10 week program is designed for individuals interested in exploring careers in the construction trades and preparing for the pre-apprenticeship application and interview process. The program is offered at no cost to participants and combines hands on construction training with workplace preparation and nationally recognized safety training.
Participants will gain a clearer understanding of construction career pathways, apprenticeship expectations, job-site safety, and the professional skills commonly needed to pursue opportunities within the skilled trades.
Veterans referred through TalentBase receive priority consideration for the program. TalentBase will help interested veterans understand the opportunity and navigate the referral process.
This listing is for participation in a pre-apprenticeship readiness and construction training program. Completion of the MC3 program does not guarantee acceptance into an apprenticeship, an employment offer, or job placement.
Individuals should review the program details and apply if the training aligns with their interests and career goals.
