Lead MBSE efforts to translate customer needs into solution architectures, refine use cases with SMEs, develop and integrate solutions using Foundry, mentor junior engineers, manage requirements and modeling (SysML/DoDAF/UML), and support analytics, visualization, and data integrations.

Requirements
Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in the required task area
- Required Experience:
- Translation of business process and program workflows into solution architecture
- Proficiency in Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo
- Proficiency in Java, Python, TypeScript, React, and SQL
- Architecture frameworks and modeling language such as DoDAF, SysML, and UML
- Agile software methodology process tools such as Git and Azure DevOps
- Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency with Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) tools
- Familiarization with legacy US Navy data systems
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $120,000 - 130,000
Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
