The Materials Fulfillment Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all last-mile supply-related matters within the program. This role acts as the key interface between the customer, Project/Account teams, Supply, and FIM organizations to ensure alignment of rollout plans, delivery profiles, and operational execution.
You will own and manage 3PP, warehousing, and logistics budgets within your assigned programs while ensuring governance, reporting, and KPI compliance related to last-mile supply activities.
What you will do
  • Lead local delivery strategy and costing during presales in collaboration with FIM
  • Own 3PP product supply presales activities
  • Act as responsible lead for Service Deliverability Review (SDR + TG1) for Supply components (excluding EAB lead times)
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for last-mile supply updates and queries
  • Act as first escalation point (internal and customer-facing) for supply-related matters
  • Chair weekly ASR / local ODM account meetings
  • Manage BOQ and 3PP forecasting
  • Oversee project build volume forecasting (warehousing and transport)
  • Conduct inventory reviews with local ODM
  • Lead Quarterly SOX obsolescence review (analysis and action tracking)
  • Perform Monthly Inventory Aging Reviews and local inventory value tracking
  • Coordinate local scrapping approvals
  • Manage customer-specific supply requirements (e.g., pallets, labeling, compliance needs)
  • Coordinate material impact analysis across relevant stakeholders
  • Track customer-issued equipment claims
  • Handle local 3PP order escalations with Sourcing and FIM
  • Own Last Mile Cost Collector budget requests and tracking
  • Provide Net Sales support
  • Deliver FAS governance reporting on supply status
  • Support contract review meetings with customers
  • Track project costs related to last mile supply
  • Support ODM operations as required
  • Oversee recoveries and recycling management
  • Ensure CRD alignment in collaboration with ASR

You will bring
  • 10+ years of experience in management and coordination roles
  • Strong background in:
    • Project coordination and management
    • Reporting and governance
    • Financial oversight and cost control
    • Supply chain / logistics management
    • Stakeholder management and customer engagement
  • Experience managing budgets and cost recovery models
  • Strong escalation handling and influencing skills
  • Excellent Communications skills
