  • Analyze successful data implementations in similar organizations
• Identify emerging technologies relevant to FST

• You’re currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Your academic focus includes digital transformation, data management, and business process optimization.
• You have hands-on experience with data analysis tools like Python, R, or SQL, and are familiar with BI tools, frameworks, and research methodologies.
• You think strategically, understand manufacturing processes, and are aware of the dynamics of change management.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English and enjoy working in international, cross-functional teams.
• You’re skilled in stakeholder collaboration and intercultural communication.
• Ideally, you’ve gained practical experience through internships or academic projects in data management, digital transformation, or manufacturing.
• Bonus points for knowledge of cloud platforms, data governance tools, or the DAMA framework.
• The thesis is a mandatory part of your studies, and you’re available for at least five months – six months preferred.
