Reporting to the Manager I Materials, you as a Master Scheduler will be responsible for create complex production schedules that support the manufacturing process. Analyzes current production schedules to identify gaps or areas of opportunity. Creates, tracks, and reports on the current production schedules.

About the job:

  • Develops production schedules for manufacturing. Creates schedule according to established manufacturing and customer demands.

  • Analyzes production specifications, and plant capacity; performs mathematical calculations, determines processes, tools, materials and labor requirements. Recommends changes to ensure production goals are met or can be improved.

  • Reviews and monitors production changes to ensure that manufacturing goals are met.

  • Participates on cross-functional teams to understand production needs.

  • Develops continuous improvement strategies to support business objectives.

  • Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.

About you:

  • Bachelor or university degree.

  • Two to five years of experience in Master Scheduling.

  • CV must be sent in English. Interviews will be in English, TOEFL B2.

  • Knowledge of production planning.

  • Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Detailed knowledge of integrating production and materials planning.

  • with the business plan.

  • Full understanding of modern planning concepts and practices.

  • Capable of utilizing spreadsheet and ERP-type software in managing the planning process.
