Capacity planning and resource coordination
- According to delivery forecast and backlog status, focus on long term capacity planning (related to the resource coordination and so on).
- Capacity balancing based on actual orders status and company target, optimize the capacity planning.
Material control and coordination to support sales order delivery
- Participate in sales orders review/audit and sales orders changing review/audit; Make sure sales orders delivery on time.
- Based on the sales order requirements, responsible for production plan, after approval, organize, follow up and monitor the implementation.
- Make sure the materials are ready before the production. Coordinate and promote production and materials in case of abnormality to ensure delivery.
- Responsible for work in-process control and promotion.
- Responsible for the FG control and promotion.
