Join our team as a Master Data Trainee and support our Local and Global Finance teams in maintaining accurate and complete master data for customers, vendors, and accounting. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial processes and data management within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, modification, and deletion of master data, ensuring quality and compliance with internal policies;
- Support the implementation of tools and processes for master data management;
- Help develop and update documentation such as Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and training materials;
- Provide support to internal users and contribute to defining business rules that enhance data quality;
- Participate in data analysis and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities;
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports related to data quality;
- Support the implementation of Data Governance practices across the organization.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Interest in learning about SAP and master data management (previous experience is a plus but not required);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
- Attention to detail and a genuine interest in data quality;
- Analytical thinking and eagerness to learn about business processes;
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
