Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinates with stakeholders to collect, update and manage master data for service teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitors master data integrity in key systems and maintains processes to support the data quality.
  • Creates and oversees governing policies around master data maintenance in collaboration with regional support teams.
  • Supports external audits on data quality, providing required documentation and investigating root causes of discrepancies.
  • Supports improvement projects from a data perspective.
  • Coordinates data migration or cleansing projects.
  • Supports service teams with various administrative tasks to support Service CRM system.
  • Assists service and logistics support teams as requested in troubleshooting, support and resolution of transactional issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • 3+ years master data management experience.
  • 3+ years experience in a service or logistics operations environment.
  • Experience using SAP S/4HANA with good understanding of customer and material master data structure.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Advanced computer skills including use of MS Excel and other office suite programs.
  • Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, training materials.
  • Able to occasionally accommodate early morning or late evening meetings with regional support teams.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
  • Experience working in Radiation Oncology.
  • Experience in a SOX or HIPAA controlled environment.
  • Experience creating professional memos or newsletters preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Accuray Pay Transparency Statement:

Accuray pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Accuray Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, future potential and internal pay parity.
