WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Take responsibility for the setup, administration, and maintenance of master records used across business processes.
• Ensure adherence to Data Governance standards and naming conventions.
• Manage supplier, customer, finance, quality, and manufacturing engineering master data.
• Support business consistency by following group guidelines and Master Data Management (MDM) quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: 

• Ensure highest degree of data quality (e.g., identify mismatches, eliminate duplicates).
• Maintain and administer master records used across business processes:
• Quality Master Data: Maintain IMDS material data sheets and BOM datasets.
• Manufacturing Engineering Data: Maintain Item Master data.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Prior experience in a similar role/environment
• Effective communication – intermediate English
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Teamwork-oriented
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering is preferred, but having experience with the processes described above is sufficient for consideration.
