Master Data Management IT Coordinator
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Subject Matter Expert on Customer, Pricing and Secondary Customer MDM domains:
-
MDM SME on Digital Transformation Programmes specific to Customer, Pricing and Secondary Customer MDM domains
-
End to end solution design.
-
Support and partner with functional people on both ways. Get the business requirements from Process team and build a design aligned with their business needs
-
Build a sound and feasible functional design aligned with the Business Requirements coming from Process team
-
Strong contribution in Building a technical design for the agreed functional design, co-working with the correct technical resources.

Work very closely with delivery teams and guide them to ensure they implement the functional design agreed
-
ECC knowledge on mentioned MDM domains; SAP SD knowledge is a plus
-
Knowledge of MDM tools and data modelling; Informatica knowledge is a plus
-
Master Data creation process awareness

Data quality
-
Ensure integration with other systems are smooth and design accordingly, such as: SAP ECC, ACPTM, Mobility,Mulesoft/Solace

Work very closely with Line Manager.

Work very closely with the Solution Design Manager and Solution Delivery Managers
-
Ensure the technical design is understood and delivered to correctly by the dev team.

Guide the dev team with experience when required.

Monitor the dev team and escalate any issues foreseen to line manager

Product and Integration Testing as needed

Support the end users in testing and go live
KEY REQUIREMENTS
-
Complete Bachelor´s graduation
-
Advanced English
-
Understand business needs and translate these requirements into processes and tools.

Drive ambition of truly global design while catering for regional critical requirements.

Build design of integration.
-
Design and Deliver solutions with simplification and automation of existing processes/tools in and retiring legacy.
-
Design and Deliver solutions considering the performance impact and user-friendliness.

Good knowledge on SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)

Have good experience on Master Data including SAP ECC; Business Process Management Tools (Pega) and Informatica

Have good understanding and experience on Integration Technologies.

Have good understanding and experience on Data Modelling.

Have good understanding and experience on Customer and Pricing Master Data processes
