Master Data Management Administrator will be part of Master Data Management Team responsible for creation and maintenance of customer, supplier, financial and material (FICO views) master data in KION Business Services.

Your Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day Master Data Management activities across a virtual global organization (Customers, Suppliers, GLs)
Direct contact with Suppliers to confirm general data
Support MDM team to define the architecture of the data to be managed globally
Ensure business requirements are adequately covered
Provide quality checks
Support users with master data inquiries and resolving issues
Actively participate in Business Transformation Project – S4Hana implementation ( validation of data upload files, data cleansing etc.), participate in the system test
Collaborate with Global Process Organization, Local Businesses as well as other departments within Centre of Excellence
Make regular updates of process documentation in case of changes
Take part in performance measurement exercises
Support improvements and standardization
Respond to supervisor’s questions/tasks in a timely manner
Your Skills and Expertise:
Experience in a similar position
French at C1 level
Minimum English at B1 level
Good knowledge of SAP master data (MM, PTP, OTC), S4Hana would be an advantage
Minimum Excel knowledge at intermediate level (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
Analytical skills and attention to details
Ability to work within an European virtual team
Ability to initiate new solutions and build positive relationships with the stakeholders
