Rotork is establishing a new global Master Data Management (MDM) function to support our ERP transformation and enhance data quality across the business. We're seeking an experienced MDM Lead - Customer & Supplier to drive governance, standards and continuous improvement of customer and supplier master data.
This role will act as the global subject matter expert, working closely with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, IT teams and third-party service providers to ensure master data is accurate, reliable and supports operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the governance and continuous improvement of customer and supplier master data.
- Develop and embed MDM processes, standards and best practices across the business.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement data quality and process improvements.
- Manage relationships and performance of third-party data service providers, ensuring SLAs are achieved.
- Define and monitor data quality metrics, driving improvements where required.
- Create and maintain MDM documentation, procedures and training materials.
- Support business transformation projects with MDM expertise.
- Provide leadership and line management to MDM Analyst(s).
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer and supplier master data within ERP environments.
- Experience developing data governance frameworks, policies and standards.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working with outsourced service providers and managing performance.
- A continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
