About the roleYou will work as part of Global Master Data Management team, supporting Dyson business operations and continuous improvement activities by analysing, controlling and increasing quality of Master Data. This role forms a critical part of success for improving data standards across multiple Master Data areas - Material, Customer, Supplier, Finance and Pricing Data – to enable data driven decision making.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance and control systems for Master Data processes
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with established standards
- Identify improvement opportunities to eliminate drivers of rework
- Maintain working knowledge of local standards and regulations related to master data management and data quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize existing processes and adapt them to changing business needs
- Define, measure, analyse data quality metrics
- Ensure a high level of Master Data integrity accordingly to data standards through data analytics
- Use your expert knowledge to design data standards proposals
- Understand business requirements, data usage and the impact of poor-quality data on the business operations
Proven Master Data experience, preferably in one or more of following areas - Material, Supplier, Pricing, Customer, Finance, Data Quality Improvement
Experience in optimizing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and data quality
- Strong understanding of master data concepts, data governance, and data quality management practices
- Proficiency in analysing data quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing data cleansing and enrichment strategies to improve master data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to present complex data quality metrics and insights in a clear and visual manner to facilitate decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve quality objectives and drive ongoing improvements
- Expertise within SAP S/4 HANA and SAP MDG environment (preferred)
- Understanding of finance and procurement processes (preferred)
- Global experience (preferred)
Competitive starting salary: from PLN 100,100 annually (for a full-time position), with potential for a higher offer based on skills and experience
