We are searching for the best talent for Master Data Associate to be in Borgo San Michele – Latina

For the Italian Production Plant of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine  (Borgo San Michele - Latina) we are looking for a Master Data Associate to be hired on 12 months fixed term contract in the Data Readiness Department.

With the scope of increase the strategic vision of the Data Readiness organization, the “Master Data Associate” will be responsible for executing of base business activities related to sku conversions, enabling Latina site mission as a Launch & Growth site by keeping focus and alignment both on the creation of new Launch SKUs and the conversion of existing SKUs.

The person will be part of the Master Data team and will report to the Data Readiness Lead.

As a Master Data Associate, you will:

• Execute base business activities respecting the procedures

• Guarantee steps execution in pipeline according to the planning date

• Ensure respect, quality and compliance of the activities of whom they will be responsible

• Manage the Data Readiness procedures according to quality and operative flows

• Collaborate with the stakeholders in terms of increasing productivity/readiness of the base business in master data department

• Escalate issue according performance management (daily/weekly/monthly)

• Manage quality issues relative the Data Readiness activities

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Master’s degree in engineering, Farmacy, CTF, Chemistry or Economy is preferred

• Good knowledge of material master / check list manager/sap.

• Good knowledge of quality, compliance and GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.

• Good knowledge of planning process (Master production schedule, Details schedule, Budget calculation) is preferred

• Ability to work in a cross functional team to ensure the correct execution of the activities according to the agreed timing and quality.

• Skills of ownership and accountability.

• Skilled in problem-solving and decision making.

• Experience in similar role is preferred.

• Good knowledge of English language (B2 level and above).
