Ruolo / Responsabilità
Attualmente siamo alla ricerca di un Junior CyberSecurity Advisor da inserire nel nostro Team Cyber Risk and Assurance. Il candidato selezionato contribuirà a progetti di consulenza strategica e operativa.

Dopo il periodo di prova, seguirai un piano di formazione continua volto allo sviluppo di competenze avanzate e all’ottenimento di certificazioni chiave del settore (es. ISO/IEC 27001 LA/LI, ISO/IEC 22301 LA/LI, ISO/IEC 42001 LA/LI, CISA).
Avrai modo di acquisire esperienza in:
- Definizione di strategie di cybersicurezza allineate agli obiettivi e al contesto aziendale, inclusa l’elaborazione di roadmap pluriennali per il miglioramento continuo;
- Revisione dei modelli organizzativi e dei framework documentali di cybersicurezza alla luce dell’evoluzione normativa e tecnologica;
- Progettazione e implementazione di modelli di governance della cybersicurezza;
- Gestione dei processi di continuità operativa e risposta alle crisi;
- Supporto alla conformità normativa (es. DORA, NIS2, SWIFT) e all’allineamento con standard internazionali (es. NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001);
- Progettazione ed erogazione di iniziative di sensibilizzazione alla sicurezza.
Profilo ideale
Cerchiamo una persona con:
- Laurea triennale o magistrale, preferibilmente in discipline tecniche o informatiche;
- Esperienza, anche minima, nella Governance della Cybersicurezza;
- Conoscenza di base di metodologie, framework e standard internazionali (es. ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, NIS2, DORA);
- Buona padronanza degli strumenti Microsoft Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese;
- Spirito di squadra, attitudine al problem solving e orientamento agli obiettivi;
- Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e in Europa.
Requisiti preferenziali
- Certificazioni in ambito cybersicurezza già conseguite saranno considerate un plus.

Job Role / Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Junior CyberSecurity Advisor to join our Cyber Risk and Assurance Team. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic and operational consulting projects.

After the probation period, you will follow a continuous training plan aimed at developing advanced skills and obtaining key industry certifications (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001 LA/LI, ISO/IEC 22301 LA/LI, ISO/IEC 42001 LA/LI, CISA)
You will gain experience in:
- Defining cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives and context, including the development of multi-year roadmaps for continuous improvement;
- Reviewing organizational models and cybersecurity documentation frameworks in light of regulatory and technological evolution;
- Designing and implementing cybersecurity governance models;
- Managing business continuity and crisis response processes;
- Supporting regulatory compliance (e.g., DORA, NIS2, SWIFT) and alignment with international standards (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001);
- Designing and delivering security awareness initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in technical or IT-related disciplines;
- Some experience in Cybersecurity Governance;
- Basic knowledge of methodologies, frameworks, and international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, NIS2, DORA);
- Good experience with Microsoft Office tools;
- Fluency in Italian and English language;
- Strong team spirit, problem-solving attitude, and goal-oriented mindset;
- Willingness to travel within Italy and Europe.
Nice to have
- Cybersecurity certifications already obtained are considered a plus.
