Reporting to the National Sales Manager for Core Lab, the Mass Spec Sales Lead role will drive the growth and expansion of Roche Diagnostics Australia (RDA)’s Mass Spec business, with a focus on driving the adoption of mass spectrometry into the core laboratory market segment. You will contribute to the RDA Business Development and Sales strategy, objectives, key results, and enabling activities with the view of enabling the sustainable establishment of new mass spec products and services, thereby supporting better patient outcomes, clinician benefit, and overall health system impact. This role combines the responsibilities of a Business Development Manager with a focus on Sales Enablement and Direct Sales for Roche’s cobas i 601 mass spectrometry technology and associated assay portfolio.
What you will be working on:
As our Mass Spec Sales Lead within the Customer Success team, you will elevate our market impact and support our collective growth by:
Owning the sales pipeline, hunting for market opportunities, and crafting high-impact account strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders to successfully close deals.
Spearheading sales within the Core Laboratory segment across public and private pathology, seamlessly complementing Roche’s broader serum work area portfolio.
Taking full accountability for cobas i 601 solution sales, tracking commercial growth targets, and identifying strategic white spaces across clinical diagnostics.
Contributing to the RDA commercial strategy and owning the go-to-market execution for new solutions, while maintaining high in-field visibility with key accounts.
Partnering closely with Commercial Solutions and Field Service teams to deliver a flawless, end-to-end journey for our clients.
Building powerful, lasting connections with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry associations, championing a collaborative "One Roche" approach.
Modeling a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement, while ensuring full alignment with Roche policies and Salesforce CRM tools.
