We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations & Technology Team. This role will be based in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • オペレーション&テクノロジー部門リーダーや各ユニットの責任者と連携し、最先端の集中型オペレーション部門を構築。将来の運用モデルを分析し、助言する
  • コンタクトセンターの80名を超える従業員を監督し、卓越したオペレーションを達成するための戦略を策定・実行する
  • 日本のビジネス戦略をオペレーションの側面から支え、戦略実行し、外部クライアントへのサービス提供を強化するために、組織を推進する
  • 業界の動向やオペレーションのケイパビリティを把握し、競争力のあるポジショニングと市場変化への迅速な対応を確保する
  • サービスレベルアグリーメント(SLA)および主要業績評価指標(KPI)を関係者に設定・伝達し、責任と運用の卓越性を確保する

  • 最低10年以上のオペレーション&テクノロジーの経験、保険業界での経験が望ましい
  • 組織変革プロジェクトおよび戦略的イニシアチブのリーダーシップ実績
  • 強力なマネジメントおよび対人スキルを持ち、組織のあらゆるレベルで関係構築ができること
  • 日本語および英語での優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力
  • プロジェクトマネジメント手法およびプロセス最適化技術の経験
