Mars Supply Chain Leadership Experience (MSCLE) : your path to a global Supply Chain career!
Ready to become a leader in the global Supply Chain at Mars, a giant in the food and beverage industry? This leadership program gives you unique visibility into all the cogs of our supply chain, while developing your career and building a network for life.
Your Supply Chain journey:
For 3 years, you will discover our entire supply chain. You will manage projects in the factory, participate in production planning, and ensure that our products arrive safely with to customers. All this will allow you to develop leadership and functional skills.
Your program:
• You will alternate 3 rotations of 12 months in different teams of the Mars Group.
• You will have the opportunity to lead your own Supply Chain projects in an international context, with a global vision from A to Z.
• You will join a network of former graduates, ready to support you at each stage of your journey.
• You will benefit from personalized support in your development, with both personal and professional support throughout your progression.
Your profile:
• You have (or will obtain in 2025) a Master's degree in Supply Chain, obtained in the last two years.
• You are passionate about Supply Chain, and ready to invest yourself for a rich and stimulating career.
• You are motivated, ambitious, and you do not hesitate to take on new challenges to grow in this sector.
• You speak Italian and English fluently.
• You are open to working in different European countries.
