The MLE programme is a three-year traineeship consisting of three 12-month rotations in varies business areas such as Sales, Category Management, Marketing and Digital, which directly contribute to the growth and impact of our business. As an MLE trainee, you will have the opportunity to:Participate in three dynamic rotations, providing insight into different leadership paths.
Opportunity to lead teams and initiate projects, allowing you to continuously develop yourself.

Currently completing or having completed a master's degree no more than 24 months ago
Have a growth mindset, interpersonal skills and the ability to build confidence.
A passion for a future career in leadership.
A dedicated focus on learning and development, including outside your comfort zone.
Innovative thinking and a willingness to bring fresh ideas to Mars.
Fluency in at least one Nordic language (e.g., Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
Proficiency in English
