The Mars Finance Leadership Experience Traineeship gives you the opportunity to lead projects, make strategic decisions, and immerse yourself in different finance domains within a globally leading FMCG company.
What can you expect from the Finance Leadership Traineeship?The Finance Leadership Traineeship is a three-year program consisting of three 12-month rotations. You will gain hands-on experience across various finance disciplines such as supply finance, market finance, financial controlling, or digital finance. One of the rotations may even take place abroad.
Year 1:
Build a strong foundation in a finance domain and learn how your work directly impacts the growth of Mars and its brands.
Year 2:
Gain international experience by working at a European location or contributing to challenging international projects that strengthen your leadership capabilities.
Year 3:
Further develop your leadership skills by managing a team and making strategic decisions that truly make a difference.
Complete three diverse rotations across multiple finance disciplines.
Lead teams and initiate projects to continuously develop yourself.
Follow a personalized development journey tailored to your ambitions and skills.
Become part of our global trainee community, building lifelong connections and contributing to an international network.
Will obtain a Master degree in finance-related discipline by September 2026 or graduated within last 2 years
