The MFLE programme is a three-year traineeship consisting of three 12-month rotations. These rotations offer you a diverse range of experiences in different facets of our organisation. Immerse yourself in areas such as supply finance, market finance, financial control or digital. On top, there is the potential opportunity for international experience through the programme's regional scope. This is your chance to shape your leadership trajectory and create a lasting impact. And after your traineeship?
Our MFLE alumni lead companies in various sectors as CFOs and Finance Strategic Leaders. This programme gives you the chance to grow into one of our future finance leaders. After 3 years, you will be a versatile Finance Business Partner, well on your way to taking on a strategic role within our Finance organisation or becoming a Finance Manager with your own team.
Are you our future Finance Leader?
- You will have a master's degree in a finance discipline by September 2025.
- You have high ambition and the ambition to become a finance director.
- You have strong analytical skills and a deep interest in finance.
- You fearlessly dare to challenge the status quo with a fresh perspective.
- You are looking for personal growth and want to gain international experience
- You are fluent in German and English.
