Job Responsibilities:
About the Role:
As a Working Student (m/f/x) in the Interior Sensing Core area (ISS Core), you will support the project and line organization with classical PMO (Project Management Office) tasks.
ISS Core is the central area responsible for interior sensing systems, including Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS) and Occupant Monitoring Systems (OMS), based on a common and standardized platform foundation used across multiple customer projects and vehicle programs.
In this role, you will support the organization and coordination of ISS Core activities by working closely with technical project managers and technical stakeholders. Your focus will be on planning, tracking, and reporting across projects, helping to ensure transparency, alignment, and structured execution at core/platform level. The position is ideal for students who enjoy structured work and want to gain hands-on experience in project coordination within a technical engineering environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support technical project leads in day-to-day PMO activities across ISS Core projects
- Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking
- Track action items, risks, and changes; follow up with responsible stakeholders
- Support meeting organization: agenda preparation, minutes, and action tracking
- Assist in the coordination of cross-functional topics (engineering, quality, purchasing, customer projects)
- Support documentation and project data management (project folders, templates, decision logs)
- Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of PMO processes
Who we are looking for:
- Enrolled student in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a structured and reliable working style
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Initial experience with codeBeamer and/or Microsoft Project is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple topics in parallel
- Fluent English skills with strong business communication ability (written and spoken)

Skills Required
- Student of Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of automotive electrical architecture (e.g., CAN, CAN FD, Automotive Ethernet)
- Programming skills (Python preferred)
- Ideally, experience with CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, and CAPL
- Working knowledge of Automotive Ethernet, CAN, and LIN tools
- Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- German driver's license required
