What You will Be Doing
- Be responsible for maintaining a robust, competitively priced in-game product supply on the Eldorado marketplace;
- Become the go-to expert on supply-related topics for all of our main games, such as game-specific delivery methods, product types, seller margins, and stock methods;
- Follow gaming market news closely, be responsible for adding new games and products ahead of time;
- Outreach and onboard new sellers for new markets or existing markets that do not have enough suppliers;
- Monitor competitors’ prices and products and take action to improve our pricing and product offerings;
- Analyze supply-related data reports and take action to solve any issues you find;
- Communicate with existing sellers to meet Eldorado’s supply needs for major updates and new releases;
- Provide feedback and ideas for improving buyer and seller experience in specific games to the product team;
- Independently create and launch supply improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with in-game trading (RMT) in at least one game, preferably as a seller or service provider;
- Research skills – you will find information about in-game trading questions quickly;
- Motivation, drive, and independence – you will have the freedom to suggest and execute your ideas;
- Data-driven decision-making ability – you spot problems that need to be solved when looking at data;
- Strong written communication and negotiation skills – you will communicate with suppliers and persuade them to join Eldorado;
- Passion for gaming and video game culture;
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages.
Bonus Points For
(Not required, but nice to have!)
- Understanding of trending games (e.g., Valorant, OSRS, WoW, Genshin Impact) and their in-game economies;
- Familiarity with platforms like G2G, PlayerAuctions, IGVault, or having been a seller/buyer themselves;
- Ability to read performance metrics, sales data, and competitor trends.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is €1500 – €3300 gross per month, depending on your experience.
