About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented caliber to join our fast-growing team. As a Marketplace senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in allocating cars and optimizing sales strategies based on data-driven insights and targets.you will work closely with strategy and planning team and other stakeholders to maximize sales, revenues and profitability
What you'll do
- Receives Retail and wholesale monthly targets (Volumes, Revenues & Margins) from strategy and planning team.
- Translate sales targets to monthly / daily sales and buy targets per each channel.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance, trends, and insights to senior management.
- Monitor & adjust the vehicle allocation and targets across all channels.
- Plan inflow of refurbishment and publishing volumes
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance , or a related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in commercial planning, strategic planning, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Proficient in market research techniques, data analysis, and forecasting.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
