Who We Are
Our Marketplace Ride Operations team connects kids, older adults, or anyone needing extra support to highly-vetted caregivers on wheels. We value teamwork and are comfortable working in a remote setting, using online tools.
We do, and you will support the business in the following ways:
- Proactively match rides within 24 hours from scheduled departure.
- Assist in maintaining high ride claim rates across all markets.
- Detect and Communicate Effectively with team members and leadership any trouble rides (anomalies).
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the ride-matching operations.
- Ensure adherence to procedures for Same Day Build, Gender Preference, and Lateness Offboarding requests.
- Fulfill requests from our PCD+ program, to match ride series with the same CareDriver.
- Question existing workflows and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Who You Are
You’re a self-starter with an intense drive and work ethic, a passion for our brand and our mission, and a get-things-done attitude. You have experience in providing excellent customer service, are resourceful, and are a master of multitasking. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy helping people, and excel at problem-solving.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of experience demonstrating results in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a “no job too small or challenge too big” attitude
- Strong critical thinking skills and innovation while being self-reliant and resourceful

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role in is $20-23/hour. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
