About the Role
As our Marketplace Coordinator, you will work closely with our Marketplace Manager and the wider Ooni Digital Marketing team to help manage and optimise 9 markets on Amazon, making best use of the tools Amazon Seller Central has to offer. You will plan, coordinate, implement, track and optimise paid campaigns via Amazon's campaign manager to ensure that we hit our targets and stay within our budget. You'll constantly monitor performance, continuously improve and optimise our ads, and always experiment, innovate, and learn how best to use the ever-changing Amazon tools and methods. During 2025, we are looking to further expand our Amazon and Marketplace business and this role will play a key role in contributing to our success!
You will be joining a fun and friendly Marketplace team which is part of the wider (and equally fun and friendly!) digital marketing team. We all have a huge passion for our business, digital marketing... and of course, PIZZA!
Ooni has a hybrid approach to work, with a minimum of 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) at our office at Edinburgh Park.
What you'll do:

  • Create, maintain and continuously optimise listings and campaigns across Amazon.
  • Help build relationships with our Paid account managers across multiple marketplaces.
  • Maintain target ROAS across multiple ad types and marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with our incredible Creative team to create phenomenal ad creative and copy to ensure maximum click-through rate and conversion.
  • Collaborate with our awesome performance marketing team to share and understand what is working across different platforms.
  • Report on paid and sales performance across marketplaces and share findings with the Marketplace Manager and the wider team.


What you'll need to succeed:

  • 2+ years experience with Amazon sellers or vendors
  • An ability to report on and interpret findings and how to capitalise on them to ensure the best performance... and then communicate those findings with the wider team
  • Being able to translate German and/or French would be very beneficial
  • Know your pivot tables from your vlookup's (You're no stranger to Excel and Google Sheets, even if you don't want to admit it!)
  • You're able to work independently or within a wider team
  • Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a quickly growing team across multiple time zones

What we do:

We design, make and sell AMAZING pizza ovens. They’re so AMAZING that lower-case adjectives just don’t do them justice.

Right now, we sell our pizza ovens all over the world. Hot and fast is how you cook truly great pizza, and- all of our models get hot as hell (that’s 932°F/500°C last time we checked) and cook incredible pizza in only 60 seconds. Before Ooni, if you wanted pizza that good, you had to go to a restaurant or spend thousands on a traditional pizza oven. Not anymore, friends.

Our team works on a hybrid schedule, typically working from the office Tuesdays and Wednesdays; however, we are flexible.
