The eCommerce Manager at Ooni is responsible for optimizing the website to drive sales and improve user experience. This includes managing online trading and merchandising, utilizing web analytics for performance analysis, conducting A/B tests, generating reports, and mentoring eCommerce coordinators.

They will work with logistics partners, handle inquiries, prepare shipping documentation, and maintain logistics data using systems like NetSuite ERP. Collaboration with Sales and Finance teams is essential for onboarding new customers and generating reports on logistics operations.
