Digital transformation is a continuous and vital process for any fast growing, healthy digital marketing organization - and LG Business Solutions is seeking a talented, Digital Demand Generation, Engagement and Marketing Systems Manager to continue to lead our B2B digital marketing transformation for customer centered demand systems.

We're seeking a proven B2B leader, with successful experience integrating digital demand and customer marketing systems at other top tier technology companies to drive customer demand/acquisition to MQL, and operationalize the marketing technology stacks, strategy and execution - positioning LG to engage, win and systemically delight customers. This role will include ownership for: digital marketing system integration with Eloqua/SFDC/campaigns, outbound lead generation (email/ABM), inbound engagement, marketing automation & nurture, Install base Marketing, and ecommerce data insights/measurement, as well as the integrated digital analytics dashboard engine supporting the dynamic digital growth of LG's business division.

The Digital Demand Generation, Engagement and Systems Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a small and talented team in developing best in class, personalized and targeted prospecting campaigns that drive opt in, TAM growth, engagement, scale for the business and emotionally engage US customers in data-driven experiences to help drive the sale funnel. Customer centered, creative digital marketing leaders, who have a proven B2B ability to integrate and optimize digital marketing systems to drive integrated outcomes (TAM growth, MQL acceleration, attribution/scoring, marketing to sales funnel connections) - please apply.

We're a fast moving, fun, customer centered team seeking a marketing leader with an attention to detail and a passion for results, along with the ability to lead strategy, and personally operationalize LG's digital demand systems to showcase our award winning solutions for over 20 important verticals. The ability to grasp, target and translate technical marketing capabilities into value added and customized benefits utilizing the latest marketing technology stacks is crucial. Seeking an accountable, proactive and effective collaborator and strong team leader; this critical role works cross-functionally with other groups including sales leadership, product marketing, marcom, and public/media relations and partner. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the position is based at LG's Business Solutions HQ in Lincolnshire, IL and offers significant opportunity for career growth across a fast growing digitally centric organization.

This role is centered in our HQ office in Lincolnshire IL, but can be served with hybrid/travel/remotely with regular travel to CST zone.

LG Business Solutions has an expansive portfolio of digital signage, stadium solutions, IT products and commercial TVs to support businesses across various industries including retail, corporate, restaurants, hotels, airports, schools, arenas and more. Key innovations include razor-thin commercial OLED displays, indoor/outdoor fine pitch LED signage, narrow bezel video walls, cloud computing, hospitality TVs, business laptops, and full line up of UHD desktop and gaming monitors.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive the overall digital demand generation marketing mix, from contact acquisition to MQL qualification using targeted outbound email/newsletter/webinars and ABM display campaigns, utilizing marketing automation/scoring systems to qualify/BANT assess prospects, engaged accounts to reporting, DB health, and key analytics from lead generation, social and ecommerce. Aggressive TAM growth moving to qualified customers.
  • Work closely with the US marketing stakeholders integrating and customizing digital marketing and digital marketing systems that maximizes the impact/return across all the touch points created, and integrates to build seamless views of customers - enabling targeting and delight.
  • Experience designing, implementing and optimizing new or existing marketing systems/technology stacks to increase funnel conversion, customer acquisition, automation and intimacy, build engaging content, and messaging creation for US customers to create solid MQLs either transitionally or through lead generation approaches, with a focus on penetrating accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify and ensure target accouns are effective business prospects
  • Accountability of the database health, accuracy and collaboration with HQ program and business team for reporting, innovation, and integration. Ownership for all US marketing reporting and dashboards
  • Develop outcome-oriented, creative and data-driven campaigns for LG's B2B Business division's innovative portfolio of IT products and Commercial signage and displays.
  • Create new sales and marketing strategies that target customers and position our products as the best in class solution along their buyer's journey; and systems that help LG understand where a vertical customer is in their journey.
  • High comfort in both data analytics and marketing technology stacks - and how to integrate these components to draw real time sales and marketing insights, and pivot the marketing mix for greater impacts.
  • .Develop innovative approach to install base and alliance partner solution marketing post sale.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing/Business Degree preferred) with at least 10 years professional experience in a technology marketing, Marketing systems and operations, or customer acquisition marketing role. Start up experience a plus5 years of proven experience with sales and marketing technology stacks; specifically in SFC and/or lifecycle marketing platforms like Demandbase, enterprise class marketing automation platforms (Eloqua or Marketo ONLY) and technology solutions like On24, etc.
  • Ability to deep-dive in technology stacks using BI Reporting tools, Excel or database languages to understand data
  • Build and establish clear process documentation of marketing systems and business processes
  • Thrives with independence, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and integrating marketing concepts with sales objectives (systems and people)
  • Support campaign and market sizing for audience identification and look-a-like account modelling, utilizing data analysis
  • Extensive experience in executing targeted Outbound/Inbound/Marketing Automation/integrated campaigns, with a demonstrated track record of exceptional achievement ABM marketing for high-tech B2B companies. Exposure to RAD model a plus.
  • Must be able to interact positively with people, be proactive and a clear vocal and positive communicator and enjoy working in cross-functional and across-culture business unit.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, key social platforms, CRM systems
