Position Overview

The Autodesk brand team is building an in-house social and digital media capability and team that will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of all campaigns across social and native platforms. These campaigns will support brand marketing initiatives, but also help propel and enhance a variety of broader business objectives ranging from subscriber acquisition and demand gen initiatives. While the role will report to the brand team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to connect critical audience data and collaborate closely with teams focused on down funnel opportunities. This could be a remote role.

The successful candidate will have a passion and curiosity for social media, and experience scaling campaigns across all major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, etc) as well as core native advertising solutions. They will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough strategic thinking for the team and brand. Adopting and enabling social publishing and listening tech solutions will also be a critical to centralize and scale social media capabilities across the organization and boost the brand's operational effectiveness on social.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social brand and original content campaigns end-to-end, inclusive of planning, optimization and reporting
  • Participate in training and develop expertise in managing campaigns through 3rd party social media publishing and listening software solutions
  • Track, monitor and optimize campaign performance against critical metrics
  • Develop a campaign QA process to ensure accurate performance tracking and attribution within each social channel
  • Monitor budget pacing across brand campaigns and manage budget reallocations while working with the demand gen team
  • Identify campaign-level opportunities to improve or scale performance and connection to demand gen team goals
  • Partner with social platforms and internal stakeholders to set up, monitor and report out on A/B test and experiments against key goals
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to meet and exceed short term and long-term goals
  • Collaborate with broader marketing team and external partners to holistically build strategy and plan campaigns
  • Plan and execute creative testing and work with team to compile wrap-up reporting
  • Clearly communicate campaign changes and performance to the acquisition/demand gen team and other strategic partners
  • Act as a liaison and lead to social and native partners to ensure key stakeholders are getting the most value and effective service from our advertising partners
  • In conjunction with the brand activations team, plan and execute successful paid media campaigns for flagship events that boost share of voice (SOV) and awareness results



Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience as user or admin with social publishing and listening tools such as Sprout, Sprinklr, Khoros and Hootsuite
  • Global experience working with internal stakeholders and teams in other countries, languages and regions
  • Extensive expertise and proficiency in content creative, formats and best practices for Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter
  • A background in developing and executing content programs for both global awareness and targeted social media campaigns
  • The ability to analyze, optimize and execute social media objectives based on data-driven insights and recommendations
  • A curious and optimistic learner-excited to dive in and drive change and impact in a fast moving environment and field
