We lead TV operations across all P&G brands, media agency partnerships, and vendor relationships in North America. The TV/OTT space and P&G approach to media is rapidly evolving and this role will have the opportunity to influence and help shape the future of this space with some of the world's largest brands and at one of the largest advertises in the world.

In our continuous efforts to constructively disrupt the media marketplace, we are looking to hire a Senior Brand Manager to partner with industry leaders to transform the TV/OTT marketplace. This role is a critical role in the NAM organization and will be responsible for creating strategies and proprietary capabilities to enable the brands to leverage these channels to grow their business.
Job Description:
The NA TV/OTT Senior Brand Manager responsibilities would include:
  • OTT Marketplace Innovation: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with both existing and new external OTT vendors to identify and pilot opportunities that enable P&G brands to remain on the cutting-edge in this growing channel.
  • Accelerate Programmatic OTT Capability In the quest to be data-driven in our media choices, the Senior Brand Manager will lead the assessment of current OTT programmatic capability and the development of expanded capabilities leveraging proprietary data and partnerships.
  • Superior TV/OTT Operations: Deliver best-in-class operational excellence in the delivery of TV/OTT plans ensuring brands goals for ROI, reach, efficiency and effectiveness are consistently met while upholding our high standards of stewardship and brand safety.
  • Master of TV/OTT - Continuously build personal expertise in this marketplace through exploring various media publications, podcasts and news outlets as well as participation in national media conferences and experiences with the goal of brining back insights for opportunities for brands.
  • Upskill Brand Building Organization: Elevate the understanding of the TV/OTT marketplace to drive deeper media expertise within our 35+ brand teams. Enable our in-house media teams to leverage OTT/CTV media planning and buying as a competitive advantage.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for self-driven individuals who are:

  • Servant Leaders: Leads to support the unique needs of P&G categories and brands

Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related field
  • Deep understanding of U.S. Media landscape
  • 2+ years of experience in media planning and/or buying
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience planning and/or buying TV.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Client or Agency Side Media Experience Preferred
  • Brand management skills to enable the development of business-building media strategies
  • Strong leadership to collaborate, motivate and influence various external and internal stakeholders to achieve media objectives and business goals.
  • Ability to define sharp consumer media insights
  • Exceptional analytic skills to identity best data and insights to support media strategies
  • Track record of driving media innovation
  • Operational Mastery to lead day-to-day TV Media operation with high attention to detail and meticulous logistical thinking for superior media plan delivery.
  • Engaging communication skills as representative of leading advertiser and trainer
