Your Opportunity

New Relic is seeking a proactive, strategic professional to join our demand generation team. Working alongside other growth marketers (SEM, Lifecycle, and SEO), you will help promote our paid media programs and support our self-service business. At the intersection of marketing, sales, analytics, and product development, this integral role will help define and implement end-to-end campaigns that drive growth in acquisition and expansion!

What You'll Do:
  • Lead paid media programs across programmatic channels, paid social, review sites, etc. that drives verified sign-ups and ingests.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (PMM, Analytics, MOPs, Brand, Creative, Global/Regional marketing, ABM, Sales, agencies, etc.) to develop impactful strategies/campaigns. Impact creative content and user experiences to increase sign-ups and ingests.
  • Measure and report on campaign results to distill findings and insights and socialize with partners across broader teams. Optimize paid initiatives advised by performance metrics, conversions, data/traffic analysis, etc. Stay abreast of the latest emerging channels, marketing technology, partners, and standard methodologies in order to continuously uplevel our paid efforts.
  • Help standardize planning, execution, and reporting to serve as a global center of excellence across the organization.
Your Qualifications
  • 5 years of paid media experience in B2B or B2C
  • Hands-on experience in planning and implementing paid media efforts across channels like GDN, Adobe Ad Cloud, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Experience designing and stewarding strategic briefs - prioritizing high-intent audience targets, optimizing user journeys, guiding creative, A/B testing, etc.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and other demand generation tools
  • Experience working with, and influencing decision-makers in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, with global partners across multiple time zones.
  • Partnership with Brand, PMM, and cross marketing functions to identify and develop new offers, content, and programs to support integrated demand campaigns.
  • Have outstanding problem solving and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize large data and effectively communicate findings.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with SaaS tech company, agency or in-house.
  • Understanding of Engineer and DevOps personas.
  • A strong understanding of growth use cases in Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and other marketing technologies.
