JOB OVERVIEW

This position will be responsible for all OGIO social media strategy and designing and executing programs to outside markets. In addition will be overseeing all Marketing activities, including but not limited to; advertising production; digital media placements and content distribution; other key marketing activities. This role makes decisions within scope of current policies/procedures/programs set by the Director.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Social Media strategy and content.
  • Manage Ambassador program end-to-end
  • Manage Go-To-Market Activities, conception through delivery:
  • Ensure asset needs across all channels and touchpoints are considered and covered
    • Inform Project Manager on creative brief requirements for all type of asset needs on behalf of Marketing
    • Support studio photography and agency photoshoots with product needs, scheduling, ensure they're creating a diverse mix of raw assets, so all use cases are covered - thinking about content needs always
    • Communication with CGI/subsidiaries/international partners around content needs, deadlines & when they're available
  • Facilitate the collecting and distribution of content to various media partners with ongoing activation plans.
  • Partner with key individuals to develop and deliver content for Amazon.com
  • Evaluating new media/marketing opportunities, establishing and tracking overall project development schedules, facilitating communications with other internal groups, handling general inquiries coming into Marketing organization, marketing event support and execution.
  • Responsible for all deadlines and manage flow of project needs to ensure delivery of critical deadlines.
  • Communicate critical information to relevant parties in a timely manner.



TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Knowledge of office software products (MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Manages schedules and on-time delivery.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; positive attitude.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to build strong work relationships and collaborate with others in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines; ability to complete projects timely and accurately.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 experience in marketing/communications or related experience preferred
  • Sporting goods knowledge a plus.
  • Golf industry knowledge a plus.
