Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the Publicity, Communications, and Partnerships teams within the Marketing department. The role will initially focus on supporting Publicity for the firstthree months, with the potential to gain exposure to Partnerships later in the placement . This role will play a key part in the execution of communication campaigns, brand collaborations, and the day-to-day coordination of publicity & partnerships administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will contribute to both the operational and strategic aspects of the team, gaining exposure to media relations, promotional activity, and partnership development within the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse daily press coverage, compiling comprehensive press clippings and insights
- Prepare release reports and post-campaign coverage analysis for each film/project
- Manage and maintain the virtual press room (Upimedia), ensuring all materials are up to date and accessible
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of press and promotional materials
- Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of press and promotional screenings
- Liaise with external suppliers, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of activities
- Coordinate the logistics of promotional materials, including deliveries, shipments, and customs processes
- Assist in the preparation of partnership presentations, proposals, and pitching materials
- Support the preparation of Promotion Approval Forms and campaign timelines
- Maintain and regularly update the Promotions Database
- Organise and coordinate meeting agendas, providing general team support as required
- Provide administrative and operational support across the department
- Track invoices and support financial processes within SAP
- Day to Day Administrative tasks
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Audiovisual Studies, Journalism, or a related field, completed within the last three years
- Knowledge of, or strong interest in, the Spanish media and communications landscape
- Fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Strong interest in the film, media, and audiovisual industry

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, including internet and social media channels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
